Senator Amanullah Kanrani was elected International Commissioner of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association on 25 March 2025 for a term continuing until March 2027. اسکاؤٹ تعلیم میں قیادت
پاکستان بوائے اسکاؤٹس ایسوسی ایشن (PBSA) کے چیف کمشنر کی حیثیت سے، محترم سینیٹر امان اللہ کنرانی پاکستان اسکاؤٹس کیڈٹ کالج بٹراسی (PSCCB) کے بورڈ آف گورنرز کے چیئرمین اور سرپرست/کنٹرولنگ اتھارٹی کے فرائض انجام دیتے ہیں۔
PSCCB رول بک کے تحت چیف کمشنر کالج کی حکمرانی میں مرکزی کردار رکھتے ہیں اور اس کے گورننگ باڈی کی صدارت کرتے ہیں۔ انہیں کالج کے قواعد کی حتمی تشریح کا اختیار حاصل ہے، جو PBSA نیشنل کونسل کے آئینی ڈھانچے اور اعلیٰ اختیار کے تابع ہے۔
